We are confident that you will love your new Avea supplements. However, if you're not satisfied with the product(s) you've ordered, please contact us within 90 days here. Let us know the reason for your dissatisfaction, and we'll refund your money, you don’t need to send the product(s) back.
But before you consider requesting a refund, we ask you to try the product(s) for three months without any risk. On top we would like to offer you the opportunity to have a conversation with our nutrition expert at Avea. All you need to do is request an appointment, and our expert will address all your questions during the call.
When will it be refunded?
We will initiate the refund immediately after your request. The entire refund process may take up to 5 business days, depending on your chosen payment method.
*Valid for all Avea products except the DNA & Bioage test and only on first-time purchases. Redeemable up to 90 days after the purchase date.
