Why so many pills in one serving/Why not all in one pill?

We understand that taking multiple pills can be a hassle, but had to separate the Essentials into 4 capsules. The Omega-3 needed to be split into two doses to provide an effective amount in a vegan capsule, and since it is oil based, it couldn’t be combined with the other dry ingredients for stability reasons. We also wanted to ensure proper doses of D3, K2, Zinc, and Magnesium, but the amount of magnesium we offer could only fit in its own capsule. Separating the magnesium also gives you the flexibility to take it at a different time of the day, such as in the evening for a more relaxing effect.
