Our Stabiliser blocks up to 40% of the supplied carbohydrates. Since you are on a ketogenic diet, it depends on the amount of carbohydrate that breaks through the ketosis threshold. Assuming you are under 50 grams of carbohydrate per day, this means that you could possibly eat up to a maximum of 83 grams of carbohydrate with the stabilizer and remain in ketosis. Of course you would have to measure that (in the morning about 0.5 - 3 mmol/L; Ketostix, FreeLibre-Beta-Ketone-Stix, breath test (Lumen) or continuous ketone measurement (CKM) system). It is also important that you provide yourself with MCT-based fats (coconut oil, ghee, butter) and other healthy vegetable oils.
