Track your order

When you place an order on Avea, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to track your order. Here's how to track your order:

1. Check your email: Look for the email from us where we confirm the shipment. The subject line should be something like "Shipping Confirmation."

2. Find the tracking number: The tracking number will be located in the email. It may be in the body of the email or in an attachment.

3. Click on the tracking link: The email will contain a tracking link that you can click on to be taken to the carrier's website. Here you will be able to see the status of your order and any updates on its delivery.

4. Track Your Order on Avea: Log in to your account on Avea-life.com and go to the "Orders" section. Here you will be able to see the status of all of your past and current orders, including tracking information.
